PRV1012 CAOL ILA YOUNG & FEISTY
Opens salty and sooty on the nose – smoked ham style before a burnt biscuit quality appears. The palate is oily, carrying a dry, smoky character and develops to a charred malt quality. Long is an understatement here as the finish is massively Islay in style and just runs and runs. (J)
PRV1029 TALISKER YOUNG & FEISTY
