Orcadian vatted malt matured in single cask refill sherry hogshead. Bottled August 2018 at 66.6% exclusive to The Whisky Barrel. Just 82 numbered bottles featuring a 19th century drawing of Highland Park distillery, Kirkwall. Creme brulee, peat smoke, leather, burnt orange, heather honey with a long oily finish.
