Chosen from a list of stock supplied by the Sherry Master himself Billy Walker, we understand that this list is not readily available, and Billy took a personal interest in choosing these casks. This cask was distilled on the very same day as the first release and has spent it’s time in maturation by it’s side, however this one has had an additional two months to mature.
