October 11th 1968, Apollo 7 became the first three-manned astronaut mission from the Apollo program to orbit the Earth and return home after eleven days in space.
Just ten minutes and twenty-seven seconds after lift-off an elliptical orbit was achieved.
To mark this occasion, TheWhiskyBarrel.com has bottled a single first fill Oloroso hogshead of heavily peated Ledaig whisky distilled at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull.
There have been a few too many space Angels around this cask! Just 102 numbered bottles at natural cask strength.
